Comments / Complaints

We consider all feedback, Comments, concerns and complaints as a positive way if looking at we do and making changes to improve our services to patients. All views will be taken seriously and our procedures are in line with NHS Complaints Procedures.

Our practice manager will acknowledge any complaint as soon as possible. We will seek to investigate the complaint within 10 working days.

If you do not wish to complain to anyone in the practice you can contact Patient Advice and Support Service at your local citizen’s advice bureau or Laura Bryan who is the patient’s affairs Manager at NHS Lanarkshire Health Board, Kirklands Hospital, Fallside Road, Bothwell, G71 8BB. 01698 858 321 / 292

We have Greek and Portuguese dentists who will be happy to translate if you have difficulty speaking English, However Should you require an interpreter we will arrange an interpreter or arrange someone from British sign foundation be present on the day of your appointment.
